Dear Esteemed Parents,
We hope this finds you well. As we approach the beginning of the 2nd Term, we are excited to announce that our theme for the term will be " STEM FRONTIER: Journey to Creativity."
At Virtue Montessori model school, we believe that STEM education ( Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) —is not just about learning facts and figures; it’s about empowering our children to explore, discover, and invent solutions to real-world problems .
In our ever-evolving 21st century, these skills are essential for building confidence, fostering curiosity, and preparing them for a successful future.
This term, we will be incorporating various STEM-related activities into our curriculum to foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in our pupils. 🌟

Week 2: Introduction to STEM
- Topic: What is STEM?
- Activities: STEM-themed puzzles, brain teasers, and games
Week 3: Science Exploration
- Topic: Basic Geography/ Exploring the Mystery of Space 🚀
- Activities: Science experiments,
Week 4: Technology and Coding
- Topic: Introduction to Coding
- Activities: Coding games, robotics
Week 5: Engineering and Design
- Topic: Bridge Building
- Activities: Bridge-building challenge, design thinking workshops, and engineering-themed arts and crafts
Week 6: Mathematics and Problem-Solving
- Topic: Math Scavenger Hunt
- Activities: Math-themed puzzles, problem-solving challenges, and math games/multiplication tables
Week 7: Medical Marvels 🩺Discover the wonders of the human body, learn about doctors’ tools, and understand health.
Week 8: STEM Project-Based Learning
- Topic: Pupils-Led STEM Projects
- Activities: Pupils will work on their own STEM projects, applying the skills and knowledge they have acquired throughout the term.
